MOLINE – Severe weather could swiftly march across North Central Illinois Friday night. The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has upgraded much of Western Illinois to Moderate risk for severe thunderstorms. Damaging winds to 70 MPH, tornadoes, and large hail will all be possible. The intense storms are predicted to be traveling at over 50 MPH, reaching our area sometime after 6 PM tomorrow.
