Illinois Valley Food Pantry stocks up thanks to Illinois Valley Auto Group

LASALLE – The Illinois Valley Auto Group helped stock the shelves of the Illinois Valley Food Pantry with the 4th annual “Fill the Truck Full of Food” event.   Over 2,500 lbs of food was donated and $1,577 in cash donations were presented to the pantry on Wednesday.

“I just wanted to thank all the sponsors for giving everyone the opportunity to support the Illinois Valley Food Pantry“ Mary Jo Credi, Director of the Pantry said Wednesday.

Studstill Media and Illinois Valley Auto Group had a radio remote broadcast at the Peru HyVee on September 4th, where pre-filled bags were available for shoppers to add to their order for just $10 to donate.  Hyvee, TME Technology Made Easy, and Schweickert Ganassin Krzak & Rundio Injury Attorneys also sponsored the event.
