OTTAWA – Work on the Otter Creek Wind Farm will have some roads closed temporarily beginning Monday. The LaSalle County Highway Department say that North 12th Road between Illinois Route 18 and East 26th Road and East 26th Road between North 12th Road and North 13th Road will be closed at times between 8 AM and 5 PM. The closures are expected to end 5 PM Wednesday. No detours will be posted.
