OTTAWA – An Ottawa woman is facing drug-induced homicide charges after the death of another woman in February.  LaSalle County State’s Attorney Karen Donnelly announced Monday that 38-year-old Heather R. Reynolds was arrested and is being held on a $1,000,000 bond.  The charges stem from an incident at a motel in the 1200 bock of LaSalle Street in Ottawa on February 5th, where Jacalyn Norris was found deceased.  Authorities allege Norris overdosed on Fentanyl and Acetyl Fentanyl.
