UTICA – The Illinois Conservation police were notified Wednesday afternoon that the search for an Ottawa woman may lead to Starved Rock State Park. On Thursday morning, Ottawa police, Conservation police, and EMS from Oglesby and Utica were combing areas of the park for signs of 45-year-old Tina M. Donovan. According to Ottawa Corporal Detective Marc Hoster, they traced an electronic device inside of a vehicle that is said to belong to Donovan. She was reported missing earlier this week.
