SOMONAUK – One man was taken to a Rockford hospital with a stab wound to the neck after an incident early Monday in Northern LaSalle County. According to the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office they were called to the 1200 block of Holiday Drive for a 48-year-old man who was allegedly stabbed. After an investigation, authorities took 46-year-old Tara B. Lynch and charged her with two felony battery charges. She was taken to the LaSalle County Jail and is being held on $150,000 bond. The victims condition has not been released, and the investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
