Over 120 Grams of Cocaine Recovered in LaSalle County Bust

SHERIDAN – A search of a residence by police in rural LaSalle County Tuesday morning led to the discovery of cocaine and a felony charge for a Sheridan man. Early Tuesday morning, in a release by Tri-dent, a warrant to search a property in the 3000 block of E 2609th Road south of Sheridan yielded a container purported to contain 127.4 grams of a white substance. The contents were tested by the Illinois State Police Crime Lab and they determined the alleged substance to be Cocaine. After further investigation, an arrest was made in Aurora of 18-year-old Michael R Subgrunski for unlawful possession of a controlled substance by the Aurora Police and Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken to the LaSalle County Jail where he is being held on $1,000,000 bond.
